International patient coordination
About IsraHospital
Arranging medical care in another country can quickly become confusing. IsraHospital helps international patients understand the next practical step, prepare the right records and reach an appropriate specialist or care setting in Israel.
How we help
- Read the initial request and identify which records are actually needed.
- Match the clinical question with the relevant specialty or subspecialty.
- Coordinate online consultations and second opinions.
- Coordinate hospital appointments, diagnostics and treatment planning when an in-person route is appropriate.
- Provide organisational information about prescription medicine requests.
Where our role ends
We cannot promise a diagnosis, a particular doctor, eligibility for treatment, medicine availability or a clinical result before the case has been reviewed. Clinical decisions remain with the qualified professionals responsible for the patient’s care.
Clear communication, limited information
We begin with the minimum information needed to understand the request, then explain why any additional record is necessary. Please do not send banking details or unnecessary identity documents through informal messaging channels.
Send a medical request
Tell us what has happened so far and which decision or question you need help with. A short, specific summary is the best place to begin.
Medical notice: Website information is educational and organisational. It does not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified physician. Emergency symptoms require immediate local emergency care.
