What we can check before you proceed

Why availability cannot be promised
Stock and supply conditions change. National law may restrict a medicine, special transport may be required, or international delivery may not be possible. We do not replace the prescribing doctor and cannot choose a medicine or alter a dose independently.
For oncology, biologic and other high-cost medicines
Please provide the exact active ingredient or brand, strength, prescribed schedule and destination country. Many oncology and biologic products require a specialist prescription, temperature-controlled handling and additional verification.
Send the exact medicine details
Write the medicine name exactly as it appears on the prescription, followed by the strength, quantity and destination country. We will tell you what can be checked and which documents are still missing.
