A clear first step
Start Here: medical care in Israel
A useful first request is short, medically specific and supported by the most relevant records. We review the situation before suggesting a specialist, consultation or treatment route.
What to send first
- Patient’s age and country of residence.
- The confirmed or suspected diagnosis.
- A brief medical history and current symptoms.
- Recent reports, pathology and imaging conclusions.
- Current medicines, doses and known allergies.
- The main question you want the specialist to answer.
What happens next
- A coordinator checks whether the request is complete.
- We identify the relevant specialty and clarify which additional records are needed.
- You receive a proposed next step, expected format and indicative organisational terms.
The appropriate route may be a records review, an online consultation, an in-person assessment or coordination with an Israeli hospital.
