A clear first step

Start Here: medical care in Israel

You do not need to send your entire medical history in the first message. Begin with the diagnosis or main concern, what has happened recently and the decision you need help with.

Start with one clear summary

  • Patient’s age and country of residence.
  • The confirmed or suspected diagnosis.
  • A brief medical history and current symptoms.
  • Recent reports, pathology and imaging conclusions.
  • Current medicines, doses and known allergies.
  • The main question you want the specialist to answer.

What happens next

  1. A coordinator reads the summary and checks whether there is enough information to understand the question.
  2. We identify the relevant specialty and ask only for the additional records needed for that task.
  3. You receive a proposed next step, the expected format and the available organisational details.

Depending on the case, the sensible next step may be a records review, an online consultation, an in-person assessment or coordination with an Israeli hospital.

Send medical information safely

Begin with medical information only. Never send passwords or banking details, and do not attach identity documents unless a specific administrative step requires them. We will confirm a suitable method before asking for large imaging files.

Ready to begin?

Write a short summary in your own words. Include the diagnosis or main concern, the latest findings and the question you most want answered.
