Choosing a care setting

Hospitals and clinics in Israel

The hospital with the most familiar name is not automatically the best fit for a particular patient. Israeli medical centres differ in specialist teams, technology, admission conditions and the cases they routinely manage.

Match the centre to the clinical task

  • Experience with the specific diagnosis or procedure.
  • Availability of the required multidisciplinary team.
  • Diagnostic and treatment technology needed for the case.
  • Timing, admission criteria and physician availability.
  • Whether outpatient, inpatient or rehabilitation care is required.

Public hospital, specialist institute or private setting?

The right setting may be a large public hospital, a specialist institute or private care. Price and reputation matter, but neither can replace the clinical question, required team and admission conditions.

What we can—and cannot—confirm before arrival

Once the records have been reviewed, we can usually clarify the proposed specialist or department, the preliminary scope, organisational terms and the documents to bring. Examination or new test results may still change the final plan.

Send a medical request

Send the diagnosis, recent reports and the reason you are considering care in Israel. We will help narrow the hospital or clinic route before discussing dates.
